Standard Delivery (RM Tracked -

United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland;

Channel Islands;

Isle of Man;

BFPO addresses

Within 2 working days, using Royal Mail Tracked delivery service.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

A tracking number will be provided on your dispatch confirmation email.

£3.00 per order.

The ‘checkout’ page of the order process will give you the option of Standard and/or Next Day delivery under ‘calculate shipping costs’.

Select the Standard Day delivery button and click ‘review order’ to proceed to the payment options.

 

Courier Delivery
(UPS)

Republic of Ireland

If the order is placed and payment has been received before 1pm Monday to Friday, the order will be delivered within 2 working days.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm.

A tracking number will be provided on your dispatch confirmation email. 

£12.50 per order.

All orders to Ireland are shipped by Courier delivery service. 

Split Deliveries

Please note that in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods might still be in transit.

Delivery Exclusions

All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, and that you are available to accept the delivery.

What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?

If you are not in when we attempt delivery, we will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively we may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you.
All deliveries will require a signature to confirm acceptance of the delivery of your order.

British Forces Deliveries

Please choose Standard Delivery (RM Tracked) only if you would like the order to be delivered to BFPO addresses. Courier Delivery to BFPO addresses is unfortunately not possible.

Channel Islands/Isle of Man

Please choose Standard Delivery (RM Tracked) only if you would like the order to be delivered to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Courier Delivery to these areas is unfortunately not possible.

International Deliveries

Unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery options outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
